Terms of Service
Last updated: July 25, 2026
1. Beta service
Focuspring is currently a pre-release product. Features may change, fail, be interrupted, or be removed. Beta access may be limited or ended at any time. Pricing displayed on the website is planned pricing and is not a binding offer until paid checkout is made available.
2. Appropriate use
You may use Focuspring for lawful personal or business productivity purposes. You may not misuse the service, attempt to interfere with its operation, distribute malicious modifications, circumvent product licensing, or use it to violate the rights of others.
3. Blocking limitations
Focuspring is a productivity aid, not a parental-control, safety, security, medical, or emergency-access product. Browser behavior and third-party websites can change, and blocking may not always work. You remain responsible for your device, work, backups, deadlines, and access to important information.
4. Strict mode and tab limits
Strict Mode can intentionally make protection difficult to disable during a focus session. Tab limits may close newly opened tabs after the configured limit is reached. You are responsible for choosing settings appropriate for your work and for saving important information before enabling restrictive features.
5. Third-party services
Focuspring can open or interact with third-party services such as Spotify, Pandora, YouTube Music, Apple Music, SoundCloud, Google Chrome, and websites selected by the user. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Focuspring is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies unless expressly stated.
6. Intellectual property
Focuspring, its branding, website, extension interface, and original materials are owned by Focuspring or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
7. Paid services
Paid subscriptions are not yet active. Before paid service launches, these terms will be updated with billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, trial, tax, and entitlement provisions. No beta plan-preview selection creates a paid subscription.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Focuspring will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, lost profits, lost productivity, or inability to access a website arising from use of the beta.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the service evolves. You may stop using Focuspring at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the product, or third parties.
