No. Focuspring checks the current page against your rules to decide whether it should be blocked. The beta stores settings and aggregate counts locally and does not transmit a browsing-history log.
Normal mode includes a deliberate “continue once” option. Pro Strict Mode can remove easy escape routes for the duration of a focus commitment.
The first release is a Chrome extension and controls web pages in Chrome. Native desktop and mobile application blocking will require future companion apps.
